What can a dietitian help with?
Azure provides medical nutrition therapy across a range of areas, including diabetes, heart and cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies and intolerances (FODMAPs), disordered eating, weight management, gut health, plant-based eating, mental health and performance nutrition.
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to see our dietitian privately. EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) referrals from your GP are also welcome, and a small gap applies. Private health fund rebates are available.
What rebates or funding options are available?
We can work with Medicare (via an EPC referral), DVA, NDIS and private health fund rebates. A sliding scale and reduced fees are available for pensioners and concession card holders.
When are appointments available?
Dietitian appointments are available on Wednesdays. Initial consultations run for 60 minutes and follow-ups for 30 minutes. Telehealth appointments are available.
Who is the dietitian?
Azure Westley (BNutrDiet, APD) is a university-qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian who provides practical, personalised and inclusive nutrition care.
Where are you located?
ACE Sports Medicine is located within the Hibiscus Sports Complex in Upper Mount Gravatt, serving the Brisbane southside community. Telehealth appointments are also available.
