The Right Exercise Makes All the Difference

Generic gym programmes are not built for your body or your condition. A tailored, guided plan is what turns exercise into real results.

Sound familiar?

You know exercise would help, but you are not sure what is safe with your condition or injury, or where to start. Maybe you have tried and flared something up, or lost momentum, and it feels easier to do nothing, even though you want to feel stronger and more capable.

Here is how we help

Your exercise physiologist assesses your health, your history and your goals, then builds a safe, personalised programme that meets you where you are. We coach you through it, progress it as you improve, and help you build the confidence and habit to keep going.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few things people often ask before booking.

What is an exercise physiologist?
An accredited exercise physiologist is a university-qualified allied health professional who prescribes safe, evidence-based exercise to help manage health conditions, recover from injury, and improve wellbeing.
Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral to see an exercise physiologist privately. You may need one for certain funding, such as a Medicare chronic disease management plan, DVA or NDIS, so check with your GP if that applies to you.
I am not fit or sporty, is this for me?
Absolutely. Exercise physiology meets you exactly where you are, whatever your starting point, and builds up safely from there.
What should I bring to my first session?
Bring comfortable clothing you can move in, any relevant health information, and details for Medicare, DVA, WorkCover or NDIS if you are claiming.
Where are you located?
We are in the Hibiscus Sports Complex at 90 Klumpp Road, Upper Mount Gravatt, with a gym and pools on site, serving the Brisbane southside.
