Exercise Physiology at ACE Sports Medicine – Move Better, Live Stronger

“Exercise Physiology helps guide your exercise capabilities safely and efficiently to achieve your goals.”

At ACE Sports Medicine, our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) design and implement tailored exercise programs to enhance movement, improve health, and manage chronic conditions safely and effectively. Using principles of overload, adaptation, progression, specificity, and recovery, our AEPs help you achieve long-term functional improvements while preventing injury and disease.

How Exercise Physiology Works

When you increase your physical effort slightly beyond your normal level (overload), your body adapts by improving flexibility, strength, and endurance. Our AEPs work closely with GPs and physiotherapists to transition you from acute treatment into long-term rehabilitation and performance training.
