Personalised Assessment & Diagnostic Tools
Before you begin, our physiotherapists conduct a comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment to identify your strengths and areas for improvement. Using diagnostic ultrasound, we assess core muscle activation—specifically the transversus abdominis—allowing us to track progress over time.
Session Options
We offer a range of sessions to suit your preference:
✔ Private 1-on-1 (one physiotherapist, one patient)
✔ Semi-Private 2-on-1 (one physiotherapist, two patients)
✔ Small Group Classes (maximum of 9 participants)
