You Do Not Have to Put Up With Foot Pain

Foot and heel pain can make every step a chore. The good news is that most of it improves with the right assessment and plan.

Sound familiar?

That first-step heel pain in the morning, an ache that builds the longer you are on your feet, or a niggle that flares when you walk or run. You have tried new shoes and a bit of rest, but it keeps coming back, and it is starting to hold you back.

Here is how we help

Your podiatrist takes the time to assess your feet, your footwear and the way you move, then works out what is actually driving your pain. From there we build a clear, evidence-based plan, which may include exercise, footwear advice or orthotics where they genuinely help, and guide you through it.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few things people often ask before booking.

Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
No, you do not need a referral to see a podiatrist privately. You may need one for certain funding, such as a Medicare chronic disease management plan or DVA, so it is worth checking with your GP if that applies to you.
Do I really need orthotics?
Not always. Orthotics can help some people, but they are not the answer for everyone. Your podiatrist will only recommend them if they genuinely add value to your plan.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring the shoes you wear most, any relevant scans or reports, and details for Medicare, DVA, WorkCover or NDIS if you are claiming.
What foot problems do you treat?
Heel and arch pain, sports and running injuries, general foot care, biomechanical concerns, and foot health support, among others.
Where are you located?
We are in the Hibiscus Sports Complex at 90 Klumpp Road, Upper Mount Gravatt, serving the Brisbane southside.
How do I book?
